Aishwarya S, born on September 5, 2001, and better known as Aishu, is a prominent Indian Operations Manager and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Shoply Farmers and its subsidiary, The Shoply Group of Companies. Aishu began her career in a completely different domain, starting as a recruiter, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and management. Her entrepreneurial journey took a significant turn in 2025 when she co-founded Shoply Group. At Shoply, she played a pivotal role in driving innovation and development efforts for Shoply Farmers Café an initiative designed to promote health and wellness through a customer-centric service model. Additionally, she was instrumental in overseeing the development of various applications, including the Shoply Farmers Café platform. In March 2025, Aishu assumed the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Shoply Farmers, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s technological strategy and operations. Her appointment came at a crucial time, coinciding with the formation of Shoply Farmers & Shoply Café—the new holding company for the Shoply Group. Aishu’s leadership and vision have been fundamental in establishing Shoply Farmers as a service outlet focused on customer health.
