Naveen J, born on July 29, 1991, initially pursued a degree in Engineering, but his true passion led him down a different path. He began his professional journey as a freelance photographer, where he honed his creative skills and built a diverse portfolio. This experience allowed him to explore his artistic side before transitioning into a leadership role as a Team Leader at Swiggy, one of India’s leading food delivery platforms. Driven by a strong commitment to his profession and a desire to make a meaningful impact on health and well-being, Naveen shifted his focus to the healthcare industry. In 2015, he joined Shoply Farmers, a health-focused service outlet, where his leadership and vision played a crucial role in the company’s growth. His work at Shoply Farmers aligned with his passion for improving customer health and well-being. Naveen’s dedication and strategic vision led to his promotion as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Shoply Group. On March 1, 2025, following the formation of Shoply Farmers & Shoply Café—the new holding company for the Shoply Group—he officially stepped into this new role. As COO, Naveen continues to drive the company’s success, focusing on operations that prioritize customer health, innovation, and sustainable growth. His journey from photography to leadership at Swiggy and ultimately to a key role in a health-focused company showcases his adaptability, leadership, and unwavering passion for creating positive change in people’s lives.
