He began his professional journey as an HR Recruiter, where he gained a strong understanding of talent acquisition and organizational needs. His dedication and skills led him to the role of HR Manager at NoBroker, a leading platform in the real estate industry, where he played a key role in managing human resources and driving team success. Driven by a strong commitment to his profession and a desire to make a meaningful impact—particularly in the health sector—Stalin transitioned into a role focused on customer well-being. In 2015, he joined Shoply Farmers, a health-focused service outlet, where his passion for health and customer-centric solutions aligned with the company’s mission. Stalin’s expertise in management and finance propelled him to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Shoply Group. In this role, he played a crucial part in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring growth and long-term sustainability. On March 1, 2025, with the formation of Shoply Farmers & Shoply Café—the new holding company for the Shoply Group—Stalin officially stepped into his role as CFO.
